Job Description

Requirements:

  • Assist in the preparation of bread, cakes, pastries, and other items.
  • Develop and create new products and recipes.
  • Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, implements, and machinery.
  • Maintain kitchen and premises of baking area in a neat and hygienic manner.
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction through the baking of products adhering strictly to recipes, food safety laws, and standards.
  • Provide leadership supervision to kitchen assistants.
  • Other tasks assigned by Executive Pastry Chef.
