Job Description

Ensure best marketing practices to increase buzz and awareness of the center

Deliver platinum level service to parents and ensure parents return and refer others

Manage the center's financial performance including revenue, expenses, accounts receivable

Develop, maintain and grow professional relationships with teachers, other staff and parents

Recruit, train and manage the center's team

Oversee consultations and conferences with parents and teachers

Responsible for Facility maintenance

Manage center's purchases, supplies, liaising with vendors

Handle petty cash management

Liaising with Group HR  

Ability to teach English to primary school students and stand in as an alternate teacher is a must 

Work hours Monday to Friday 12 pm to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 2 pm
