Job Description

Support the company to establish a good working environment for both internal & external clients, to manage the smooth operation of the company, to perform all human resources functions identify prospective customers, contact them and extract value by sale of company products and services to them.
Grade level category: a management team
  • Responsible for administering and monitoring of all activities of the admin section and ensuring it is running smoothly, efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for effectively recording, maintaining and reporting Hr information.
  • Responsible for establishing, maintain a professional working relationship with business professionals.
  • Procurement of office materials.
  • Ensure all company transactions are recorded.
  • Ensure Marketing of the organization’s properties to the existing and prospective customers.
  • Sales and negotiation of organization products.
  • To liaise and building relations. Externally, this could be with customers and suppliers. Internally, this could mean differently related and supporting departments.
  • Contribution to the strategic planning of annual or long-term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.
  • To budget manage and identify advertising opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining contact with prospective clients.
  • Submit report weekly activities to BA.
  • To arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
  • To organize and attend events and exhibitions. To monitor competitors activities.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Achieve Task and Target measures. Your basic salary is tied to your sales performance and other commissions/emolument that could be considered. As mentioned in your offer letter, you shall receive 5% on commission on every property deals successfully closed.
RENUMERATION:
ANNUAL COST: N1,326,000.00
