Job Description

Communicates and liaise with relevant agencies/authorities on behalf of the company for the purpose to developing the company image

To ensure company policies are complied with staff training and recruitment

Handles and manages office expenses to cut cost

Files appropriate documents as needed

Reconcile projected and actual budgets for discrepancies

Manage the company’s tax and liaise with the relevant tax authorities

Responsible for the maintenance of the office, orders and procurement

Liaise with bank, keep financial records of all the company’s transactions

Carry out administrative and accounting duties

Any other assignment that may be given

Qualification:

Minimum of Bsc / HND in relevant field

Must be a Female

Minimum of three years working experience in customer relations

A background in accounting is an added advantage
