Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support to the team  
  • Accounting:
  • Accounting software: Collate and share the summary monthly
  • Prepare quarter and monthly budget for scheduled payments twice a month
  •  Manage contract and price negotiation with vendors, service providers, and facility manager

Guesthouse Activity:

  • Work with the housekeeper for the smooth running of guesthouse
  • schedule visits the guest house once or twice weekly for spot checks
  • Vehicle maintenance- a weekly checklist to help in maintaining vehicles, weekly fuelling and schedule quarterly car servicing

Requirement:

  • Must be able to multitask and manage team members
  • Proficiency in MS office application
  • Familiarity in responding and sending emails, WhatsApp or any other messaging services
  • Good written and verbal communications with clear interaction between teams
  • Creative mind, problem-solver with organizational and planning skills
