Job Description

The Individual should be an enthusiastic, spontaneous and self-driven person who can work under pressure.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
This will include but not limited to the following:
Support members of staff to enable them carry out their duties seamlessly.
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive materials.
Possess excellent writing skills with the ability to write outstanding formal letters, proposals and other formal documents.
Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email.
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Excellent at filling and record-keeping
