Job Description

Job Requirements;

  • Carry out clerical and administrative support to assist office personnel and optimize workflow.
  • Ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  •  Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Clients services from point of sale to delivery.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts.
  • Post job ads and organize resumes and job applications.
  • Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process.
  • Collect employment and tax information.
  • Ensure background and reference checks are completed.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Orient new employees to the organization (set up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.).
  • Administer new employment assessments.
  • Serve as a point person for all new employee questions.
  • Employee relations.
