- We are looking for a reliable Admin Personnel with Accounting Background experience.
- The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. She will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
- The Admin Personnel ensures the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
- Taking minutes
- General office management such as ordering stationery
- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
- Collect, process and distribute incoming mail as well as compose and send correspondence for other office staff
- Manage office equipment
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
- Handling external or internal communication
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc)
- Ability to use a desktop computer and office suite software packages
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Accounting Skill
- Relevant experience as Admin Officer

- Minimum of BSc/HND is required
- Extensive software skills, internet research abilities
