The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties will include but not limited to managing office stock, preparing regular reports (expenses and office budgets), ensure administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long- term basis.

Our company CGC Nigeria Limited is a reputable Engineering Management and construction company at the forefront of construction of roads, bridges and other civil infrastructures in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company database
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office polices as needed
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word,)
  • Strong organisation skills with problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to details

Education Level:

  • Bachelor degree and above

Level of Experience:

  • 3 Years above.
