Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Bank and petty cash reconciliation
Provides accounting operation supervision within a business through budget preparation, financial analysis and reports to the senior management
Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable
Maintains record of business costs
Payroll Preparation and procedures
Filing of Tax returns
Preparation and filing of Pension returns
Handles general account queries
Contacts clients about invoices that are past due
Maintains confidentiality of information ensuring that top secrets, ideas are accorded the confidentiality they deserve.
Ability to maintain general ledgers
Computing skills, including the ability to operate particularly the quick books, spreadsheet and word processing programs and Microsoft office

Requirements for the position include a degree in accounting and 2 to 4 years of accounting experience with the necessary skills in accounting, business, management, information technology and ethics.
Age: 27-35 years 
The successful candidate must have working knowledge of basic accounting principles, alongside proven experience of administrative and data entry work. Having great computers skills and experience with key computer programs and software is paramount
