Job Description

  • Ensuring that other departments interacting with Accounts and Finance comply with relevant financial procedures and policies.
  • Assisting in the preparation and collation of data for the monthly receivables reports for the company.
  • Assisting in the reconciliation of financial records relating to receipts for the company.
  • Reconciling statements (where necessary) as at when required.
  • Assisting in investigating and resolving queries relating to invoices.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager/Accounts Receivable Office.
