- HND or University Degree in Finance/ Accounting
- Previous work experience as an accountant (Min 3 years)
- Be Computer Literate (Ms. Office Suite Proficiency and Quick Books)

Assist with the preparation of financial statements
Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
Maintain and record fixed assets
Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
Prepare HMO-mandated annual accounting reports and inventories for client discharges as necessary
Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
Supports all audit processes, internal and external audit.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Maintains account receivable and account payable;
Prepares organization payroll and fills all relevant statutory deductions.
Produce an accurate set of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual management accounts.
Prepares profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for management.
Computes and ensure tax are paid on time i.e. VAT, WHT, CIT etc.
Assists in preparing budgets and business planning.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Technical knowledge, accounting software especially quick books, Peachtree and databases.

- Salary: N90,000 – N120,000
