Sunhive Ltd seeks qualified candidates to fill this role.

 

Job description:

  • Provide administrative support to the Accountant.
  • Record business transactions and manage expense report
  • Managing petty cash transactions. 
  • Undertake clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping.
  • Assist other departments with making purchases.

 

Qualification

OND in Accounting or AAT.

Good knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage)

 

Skills

  • Self-motivation and integrity.
  • Very articulate and numerate.
  • Ability to pay attention to details and manage deadlines.
  • Teamworking ability.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel
