A consulting firm seeks qualified candidates to fill this role


Objective/ Purpose

He/she will be responsible for designing, creating and delivering digital

and marketing communications contents, campaigns and programmes

to generate awareness, connection, engagement and action towards

expansion and growth of the company’s services and products.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.

Build and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)

Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company

brand awareness, connection and engagement.

Be actively involved in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

strategies and campaigns (keyword, image optimization etc.)

Provide creative ideas for content marketing and monitor the effectiveness of the website and

other digital platforms.

Create and distribute engaging written and graphic contents in the form of e-newsletters, web

page and blog content though various media channels.

Collaborate with designers to improve brand association and user experience.

Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools

(Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)

Review and promote the company's products and services on social media (Facebook, Twitter,

YouTube, LinkedIn).

Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

Interface with marketing communications functions as well as public relations, events, retail

and business product marketing teams.

Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

Provide ideas and insights in managing the corporate brand.

Supervise and manage all the activities of the team members, set attainable goals and ensure

excellent project completion and delivery.

Collaborate with Business development team to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Any other duty as assigned by the HOD, MD/CEO

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/ Marketing/ Public Relations/Media

Studies/ Communications or a related field



Professional training and certifications is an added advantage


At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus in

content development and/or reporting, knowledge of Search Engine

Marketing (SEM)

Grade Alignment • Junior Management



Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Net

Insight, Web Trends etc.)

Strong content writing, copyediting and proofreading skills

Strong working knowledge of HTML, Word Press, Email Campaign

systems, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram

Project management skills

Analytical and detail oriented

MS Office suite


Proven leadership skills

Strong to-do attitude

Excellent Interpersonal and communication skill

Work Cycle 

Monday – Friday (8.00am – 5.00pm). Hours of work might change as the exigencies of work demand
