Value Edge Management Services Limited Outsourcing is the leading provider of outsourcing services to multiple clients across a number of sectors in the Nigerian economy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and target key customers in the 'on-trade' sector
  • Build long-term trading relationships with key regional groups
  • Work closely with third party suppliers and wholesalers
  • Deliver brand education & training to supplier, retailer and consumer
  • Gain New distribution and volume for brands
  • Weekly reporting of results, key successes and competitor activity
  • Responsible for building, development and maintenance of account database, target customers and results
  • Achievement of sales target of Specific Brand / Category
  • Ensuring that the Sales Reps are achieving their sales targets
  • Ensuring collections are proportionate to the sales
  • Identify & liaise with the distributors/customers for outstanding
  • Reporting of the excess outstanding to the respective Branch Manager
  • Ensuring that the product is available & visible throughout his assigned territory. 

Job Requirement:

  • BSc/HND in Marketing or any Social Sciences
  • Possession of MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in FMCG with at 5 - 7 in Sales and Marketing Managerial position
  • People person, very confident and outgoing with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You will have worked in a similar position within the FMCG/Manufacturing sector and have a track record of commercial delivery of at least 5-7 years
  • Other key competencies for success
  • Analytical skills ·Presentation skill
  • Must have good knowledge of the market terrain
  • Must be proficient in the use of Ms Word and Excel
  • Driven and proactive approach
