A firm in the Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare sector seeks qualified candidates to fill this role
- The successful candidates will be engaged in promotion, sales, and distribution of existing company brands and planned new launches into the market by doing the following tasks:
- Create general awareness among HCPs on the company’s brands and services
- Recruit and develop new customers and potential business partners loyal to the company within assigned territories.
- Develop, maintain and update database of customers within assigned territories
- Implement the sales action/tactical plans and provide necessary feedbacks including market intelligence to the line manager.
- Build and maintain the professional relationship among company customers for the purpose of adding value to their business within the territories
- Ensure successful delivery of sales and marketing objectives of the company within the assigned territories.
The KPIs include but not limited to, in a consistent manner:
- Achievement of revenue target
- Achievement of Sales and product growth targets
- Achievement of SOV/MS growth of company products and services in the assigned territory.
