An FMCG firm seeks qualified candidates to fill this role

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads and/or follow up on leads generated through referral, promotions etc
  • Converting leads to clients by developing existing accounts and closing sales quickly
  • Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales
  • Investigating and resolving queries and concerns as raised by clients
  • Achieving monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales & Marketing Director
  • Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

 

 

Skills, Qualifications, & Requirements: 

  • Minimum of BA/BSc/HND Degree or equivalent in any field
  • Minimum of three (3) years proven sales experience in an FMCG/Manufacturing Industry
  • Ability to generate and close complex sales opportunities
  • Ability to successfully meet quota and sales objectives
  • High attention to detail and follow-through capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with limited supervision 
  • Self-driven and highly organized, with capacity to turn in regular work/activity reports
  • Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds
  • Ability to work flexible hours
