Summary/Mission: Responsible to meet or exceed organization’s sales targets, delighting customers and growing revenue
- Generate sales revenue
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to support business goals and sales targets
- Generate and prioritize leads, potential targets, customers and partners
- Set and implement retail and distribution strategy
- Manage subscriptions and direct sales channels
- Design and manage sales promos
- Manage Store mapping, store optimization and store on-boarding and retention strategies Management
- Hire, retain, develop, direct and motivate team
- Have regular 1:1s with direct reports to facilitate frequent & clear expectations, communication & feedback
- Ensure team is delivering results
- Develop and improve sales processes to support sales targets
- Provide accurate forecasts and monitor performance of sales team
- Formulate sales policies, practices and procedures
- Provide budgets, sales and commission targets and track expenses
- Support FoodPro team: marketing, new product launch, accounts/collections, product shipments, ops plans
- Represent Sales and customers to the Leadership team and company
- Together with Leadership team, build FoodPro, develop and execute Transformation Plan
- A graduate in Marketing/Business Administration
- At least 7 years’ prior experience in Sales with reputable FMCG, the last years being in a leadership position.
- Must have 5 years’ experience in sale of consumer products
- The incumbent must be versatile, outgoing, affable, open-minded and approachable – a natural leader who inspires and provokes.
- They must be a self-starter, able to roll up their sleeves and pitch in.
- They need strong interpersonal and leadership skills. They also need strong entrepreneurial skills and the ability where required to assume risk.
- This is a leadership position in a very ambitiously driven company and the incumbent must have the ability to take the long-term view and grow with the Company.
