A leading Indigenous Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company based in Lagos urgently requires suitable and energetic qualified candidates for immediate employment to fill this position 

 

Job Description

Duties include and not limited to the following: 

  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Ability to prepare document on personal initiative
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses

 

Qualification: 

BSc/BA/ HND in Business Admin, HR Management or English

 

Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years  cognate experience as a Personal Assistant 
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in the use MS Office tools (MS word, excel, power point, etc)
  • Must be knowledgeable in the use of Office 365 email plat form
