Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
The Manager Sales & Account Development is primarily responsible for revenue growth for both new and existing customers.
Implements the company’s annual Sales & Marketing Plan, contributes to solution development, packaging, pricing models, provide cross-functional communications and follows through on implementation of sales orders. This position is responsible for oversight of the Sales team in setting the direction and communicating sales and revenue targets, implementing the Sales & Marketing Plan, driving best practices, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Manager Sales & Account Development works closely with the CEO, CTO and other Heads of Department to ensure the organization’s sales and revenue targets are achieved, while meeting client satisfaction commitments. The Manager Sales & Account Development must have a proven track record of revenue generation and growth, demonstrating the ability to cultivate existing accounts, develop new accounts, identifying opportunities for the Company’s solutions and products across various market segments.

Ensure that confidentiality is respected and maintained.
Supervise, motivate and manage the performance of: Sales, Account Management, and Business Development staff.
Motivate and manage the performance of: various personnel within the organization to deliver on Client expectations
Provide disciplined performance management for team. Define and communicate annual goals and targets, perform quarterly formal and informal performance reviews, ensure changes and updates are communicated in a timely and professional manner.
Create strong collaborative team environment.
Advanced Negotiation Skills.
Customer Relationship Management
Sales and Marketing principles.
Ability to work effectively across many internal functional groups to optimize product offerings, create a seamless customer experience and resolve issues.
Self-motivated; able to work independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests, collaborate with others to utilize the resources and knowledge of others in identifying and delivering Client solutions.
Ability to identify strong talent and build individual and management capability.
Excellent planning skills; ability to effectively manage priorities for self and team to meet business requirements and deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Excellent leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate team to achieve results; ability to influence and inspire action.
Ability to identify key contacts for follow up; excellent ability to communicate project status updates to project team and customer.
Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills to effectively influence decision making in key negotiations.
Education and Experience:
Approximately 50% performed in a climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Approximately 50% performed outside of the Company office in support of the position’s responsibilities.
