- Book reservation (hotel, flight, tour)
- Filling of application form
- Advising clients on travel arrangements, eg. visas
- Sending out tickets to clients
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
- Keeping clients up to date with any changes
- Dealing with complaints.
- Job Requirements
- The successful candidate must live in Lagos
- Must have a 3 years airline or travel agency experience in reservations and ticketing role with at a supervisory experience.
- With the ability to work under pressure and to short lead times and working on own initiatives.
Training and Knowledge:
- AMADEUS or SABER - courses in reservations and ticketing (A must)
- Airline advanced passenger tariff and pricing course
- Recognized IATA or knowledge in rules and regulation of airline restrictions
- Coaching skills
- Good written and oral English language skills
- Good PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
