Our client, a reputable start-up Real Estate firm based in Lagos seeks to fill the above position with suitable and qualified persons.

Summary of Job Function

  • Involves meeting and exceeding the company’s recruitment and other HR targets
  • Managing and retaining existing staff
  • Developing the staff
  • Ensure that the company aligns with the labor laws of Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment and HR policies for the company
  • Identify and attract talents for the various roles in the organization
  • Manage the recruitment and joining in process of the organization
  • Manage the people development and organization development projects
  • Liaise with tax, pension, and other statutory bodies

Job Requirement:

  • A first degree in Law or any of the Humanities from a reputable organization in Nigeria
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role

Job Skills

  • Good command of English language
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated
