- We are looking for a skilled Accounts/Admin Officer to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, financial and administrative tasks.
- keeping financial records updated,
- Preparing reports and reconciling bank statements.
- The Officer will also run accounting software programs (Waveapps) to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.
- A successful Accounts/Admin Officer should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers. In addition to the Accounting tasks, the Officer will also coordinate routine administrative tasks like records keeping and other office duties.
- Ultimately, a successful Accounts/Admin Officer will ensure that the company’s daily accounting and administrative functions run accurately and effectively.
