Job Description

We need a Sales personnel who will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the company.

 

Duties:

Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.

Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.

Working on account management plans with relevant team members.

Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.

Spotting market opportunities for new customers.

Conducting sales analyses for the company

Monthly reporting on the company’s sales performance and reporting on variances.

 

Requirements/Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any relevant discipline
  • 5 years’ work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
  • Up to date knowledge of the real estate market
