- Perform professional HR services which include benefits administration, recruitment/selection, performance reviews, employee relations, training and development management.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strategic planning, strong analytical and Project Management skills
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is an added advantage
- B.Sc/ HND in Administration or Humanities
- Must have a minimum of 1 year work experience as a Human Resource Generalist
