A reputable Market and Social research agency seeks to fill this role 

What this role has to deliver:

·         Development of client relationships and winning projects for the company:
·         Should have a clear understanding of the research industry
·         Should have a clear understanding of prospective clients for research business
·         Should have tactical, aggressive, consistent and persistent skills to reach clients
·         Should be able to draw up effective marketing and business development plan, and present it to the entire organization
·         Should know how to convince and convert prospective clients to actual clients
·         Should have good understanding of competitors; draw up and implement marketing strategies against competitors


Team and People Relation:

·         Ensure business development tactics are clear to the entire team.
·         Proactively responsible for your learning and development
·         Promote team spirit
·         Understand and relate with the company organogram
·         Polite and corporate relationship with colleagues and superiors



·         Specifically, a Business Development Executive has the following responsibilities;
·         To search for projects briefs using online platforms, newspaper, social media and other laudable approaches considered necessary.
·         To manage all social media accounts of the company and consistently engage the social media audience with relevant write ups and updates from the company. E.g. Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
·         To monitor the company website, ensure it is up to date, and also manage the general email attached to the company website
·         Social and professional networking (especially seminars and conferences) have been identified as instrumental in business development. Hence, the business development executive is expected to engage the company in necessary social and professional networking. This also includes necessary professional associations and partnerships.
·         The Business Development Executive is expected to support some of the company’s investment and business diversifications.


·         Only females are required
·         Applicant must reside on Lagos mainland, preferably central mainland. (Not extremes, suburbs or outskirts of Lagos).
·         Experienced and very passionate about business development
·         Highly strategic and logical business minded individual, very innovative and thinks out of the box.
·         Internet savvy and social media enthusiast.
·         1 – 2 years’ experience of working in the area of market and social research
·         Very knowledgeable about different sectors.
·         Appreciable knowledge of business investments.
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·         Problem-solving, critical thinking skills and clients focused
·         Strong analytical and presentation skills.
·         Completed tertiary education – University degree in Business Administration,
·         Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Biological Sciences or any other relevant discipline.
