Job Description:

  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed

Job Requirement:

  • Young, dynamic University graduate with amiable yet firm personality. Disciplined and possessing relevant competencies and cognate experience. 
  • Following would place candidates an advantage:- 
  • Academic or other exposure in Europe or America;
  • Ability to speak more than one Nigeria National Language;
  • Qualifications in psychology, Philosophy or Mathematics.
