A firm in the Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare  sector seeks qualified candidates to fill this role


Job description:

  • The successful candidates will be engaged in the promotion, sales, and distribution of existing company brands and planned new launches into the market by doing the following tasks:
  • Create general awareness among HCPs on the company’s brands and services
  • Recruit and develop new customers and potential business partners loyal to the company within assigned territories.
  • Develop, maintain and update database of customers within assigned territories
  • Implement the sales action/tactical plans and provide necessary feedbacks including market intelligence to the line manager.
  • Build and maintain professional relationship among company customers for the purpose of adding value to their business within the territories
  • Ensure successful delivery of sales and marketing objectives of the company within the assigned territories. 


The KPIs include but not limited to, in a consistent manner:

  • Achievement of  revenue target,
  • Achievement of Sales and product growth targets
  • Achievement of SOV/MS growth of company products and services in the assigned territory.
