A consulting firm seeks qualified candidates to fill this role


Key tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify business prospects (solicited tendering)
  • Supervise External & Internal Communication Platforms for RFP, RFQ, RFI, EOI and ITT
  • Supervise RFI, RFQ, RFP and ITT Notices/Invitations for fit with Internal Competencies and Strategic Goals
  • Supervise  the collection of Authorization to prospect Opportunity
  • Supervise the acknowledgment of  intent to prospect opportunity, as applicable
  • Source business development prospects (unsolicited proposals)
  • Supervise the Identification of Potential Prospects
  • Supervise forwarding of Introductory proposal & Product Catalogue
  • Supervise management of Vendor Registration
  • Prepare & submit technical proposals
  • Supervise the identification of Technical Documentation Requirements
  • Supervise the preparation of Tender Documentation
  • Supervise the review & approval of  Draft Technical Bid Proposal
  • Supervise the submission of Proposal
  • Prepare & submit commercial proposal
  • Supervise the coordination  with Procurement / Project Department in determining the cost of external work or outsourced work scope / technical deliverable from pre-qualified internal vendors
  • Supervise the determination of cost of executing internalized works (where applicable with inputs from Procurement & Project Department)
  • Supervise the application of mark-up and Prepare Draft Commercial Bid
  • Supervise the Review & Approval of Commercial Bid
  • Supervise Proposal submission
  • Manage client relationships
  • Supervise Follow ups and post tender client relationship management
  • Supervise the management of Client Enquiries & Complaints
  • Supervise the collection of  Pre and Post Project Client Feedback
  • Statutory registrations/operational licenses management
  • Supervise the maintenance of  Updated Register of Applicable Statutory and Industry Required Licenses
  • Supervise the management of new and renewal license / permit applications
