A firm in the e-commerce sector seeks qualified candidates to fill this role
- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders
- Troubleshoot problems and provide necessary information, handle complaints, answer inquiries and questions on the phone and through emails.
- manage and resolve customers complains, research required information using available resources.
- Provide customers with information about company product and services, enter new customer information in company database and update existing customer information.
- Follow up customer calls when necessary and document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Process orders, forms and applications, complete call logs and produce call reports.
