A firm in the hospitality sector seeks qualified candidates to fill this role
This is a management position to run our Restaurant, Lounge, & Bar facilities in our Hotel in Abuja. Your responsibility is to run the hotel Restaurant, Bar, Lounge etc, hire employees, and manage the income and expenses. You are the boss and you get to keep portion of the income that you generated as your salary/compensation. This position is for the matured person with Marketing, Managerial and business acumen to run their own company.
- Must have had at least 5-7 years working experience in Hotel and Hospitality Industry
- Please do not Apply unless you have 5-7 years of solid Management Experience
- Must be at least an HND holder
- Must have had a minimum of 3 years supervisory working experience in an hotel
- Between the age of 25 years and above
- Applications are accepted from all parts of Nigeria
- Strong marketing and Management skills
- Cognate experience, sound knowledge of financial matters
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Building and sustaining a strong brand
- Generate sales and revenue with good profit margin
- Run and Manage the hotel facilities (Lounge, Bar, Restaurant and Gym)
- Institutionalize a culture of profitable, world-class hotel services
- Oversee all daily affairs of the hotel facility
- Build a strong team, create structures and processes that will aggressively expand sales and enhance the hotel’s competitive edge
- Any other functions that may be assigned by the company
