We (The Exchange Point Ltd) are looking for customer service agents to train and hire as customer service agents for our e-commerce site. Our ideal candidates should have good interpersonal skills, own a smart phone, have a valid email address, computer literate, speak and write good basic english, customer centric and flexible work hours. Our CSAs will be responsible for:

  • Customer service duties.
  • Meeting up with customers, when jobs are assigned to them.
  • Sales pitch (driving to our site)
  • Recommending and verifying artisan
