Trefoil Networks seeks qualified candidates to fill this role

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting including sales opportunities reports and budgets.
  • Get information on all products we offer.
  • Conduct market surveys, monitor the competition and ensure brand equity.
  • Organize Adverts and promotions, set up and maintain media relationship.
  • To set product agenda and derived targets.
  • To maintain sales database, records of all leads and to update marketing personnel on all prospects & leads.
  • Conduct product training for sales and marketing staff and also presentations.
  • Ensure publicity, press releases and media presence.
  • To create and produce product mementoes, souvenirs, banners, flyers, brochures and sales collaterals.   
  • Conduct price preview through market information and product costing.
  • Conduct routine market research on specifics as directed. To include information on customers and competitors alike.
  • Develop market related pricing system and establish effective product and market monitoring system.
  • Responsible for all marketing/promotional activities be completed on time and within budget
  • Act as an ambassador for the Company including support required during sales events or promotions
  • Coordinate and manage all the sales and marketing activity for the divisions.
  • Responsible for revenue generation across products and ensure yields across products.
  • Work with the business development teams across the company to come up with strategies to get their individual products into the market.
  • Coordinate the division to ensure process flow from the sales team, software engineers, support team, social media team, to mention a few.
  • Participates in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
  • Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability.
  • Co-ordinate sales commissions posturing and sharing ensuring it’s done according to the company’s policy.
  • Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and to ascertain outsourcing requirements to develop new markets.
  • Coordinate all products to competitive and acceptable levels.
  • Organize Adverts and promotions, set up and maintain media relationship with the marketing and social media teams.
  • Manage the sales database, records of all leads and to update marketing personnel on all prospects & leads.
  • Supervise the business development and sales team to preview through market information and product costing.
  • Develop market related pricing system and establish effective product and market monitoring system.
  • Works with his team leads for project summary reports, deliver presentations to management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA) required

Experience and skill with client relationship management (client and stakeholders), negotiation and influencing skills,

  • Business acumen to be able to identify and create business profitability improvement and growth activities
  • Extensive experience in Telecommunications, Broadcasting, ICT and Technology service delivery.
  • Knowledge of budgetary requirements and revenue and expenditure management
  • A self-starter capable of independent thought, conducting business development
  • Business and analytical skills to research, analyse existing and emerging business
  • Communication skills to effectively produce reports, presentations, proposals, monitor KPIs, SLAs, MOUs etc.
  • Project Management skills and ability
  • Leadership skills to manage a team, organization, facilitation and planning skills.
