Job Description:

  • Manage customers online financial transactions
  • Handle customer complaints via phone, email, or social media and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions and Compile reports on overall customer feedback
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies as prescribed

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of Bsc in Marketing or other related courses
  • At least a Second Class Lower (2:2 GPA)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
