- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Minimum of BSc/HND in any course.
- Qualified candidates must have solid experience in a customer relationship management role.
- Must have Excellent Communication skills, organizational skills, administrative and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Basic Computer Skills
- Very presentable, good dress sense and self-confident.
