Job Description

  • Prospect for new Estate Agent clients for our online and offline products through phone calls to build client numbers and company revenues.
  • Develop and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Close deals and meet set departmental targets and KPIs.
  • Provide client training to ensure efficient use of the website to achieve good ROI
  • Identification of sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Sales of subscription products to those identified targets

Job Requirement:

  • Computer literate.
  • At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • High degree of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize issues.

Skills With People:

  • Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organization.
