The Role:


Our company requires for immediate employment a candidate possessing the experience and capacity to operate as the Annual Maintenance Contact (AMC) Manager.




1.      Advising the Management on appropriate strategies to meet set objectives


2.      Managing and coordinating end-to-end the entire AMC program


3.      Implement company policies as related to the AMC program


4.      Develop strategies to help the organization achieve strategic business development goals and objectives


5.      Define and implement short to long-term tactical Operational plans that align with the vision of business


6.      Ensure effective management of relationships


7.      Following up new business opportunities to achieve growth for the company


8.      Accountable for profitability the AMC program


9.      Preparing reports and Providing management with feedback


 Minimum Qualifications:


  1.  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. 6 years related experience in Business Development/Marketing.
  3. 2 year of experience at managerial levels.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively across all operational levels of the organization as well as with suppliers and customers, exercising appropriate tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.
  5. Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to present recommendations and ideas and to summarize issues/ideas.
  6. Ability to build, coach and motivate team to high performance, while holding the team accountable for results.
  7. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
  8. Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
