Job Description:

  • Responsible for managing our front desk daily and to perform a variety
  • of administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls with politeness and
  • dignity.
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients warmly.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma or an OND in any related discipline
  • Good Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and office systems
  • Preferably female
  • Team Player
  • Proficient in English
  • Computer savvy (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Age: Not above 32 years
  • Must reside in Lekki-Ajah environs


  • 35,000/monthly.
