- Responsible for managing our front desk daily and to perform a variety
- of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls with politeness and
- Receive and direct visitors and clients warmly.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Provide information by answering questions and requests.
- Minimum of a Diploma or an OND in any related discipline
- Good Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and office systems
- Preferably female
- Team Player
- Proficient in English
- Computer savvy (Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Age: Not above 32 years
- Must reside in Lekki-Ajah environs
