The Sales and Business Development Officer will be responsible for creating, developing and expanding business relationships with prospective and existing customers. This will entail working to satisfy their needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and ensure delivery of a positive customer experience and relationship.
- Generate new business leads and manage existing customers.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve targets and long-term success.
- Provide periodic report on sales activity, accounts status, transactions and possible issues.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
- Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure customer satisfaction and relationship.
- Monitor competitive products and reactions from customer accounts.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to drive sales and meet challenging targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship.
- Great Team Player.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives, with minimal daily direction from manager.
