The successful candidate will join a dynamic and ambitious team aside from the core Clients Relations Role. Therefore, aspects of the job specification may adapt over time in order to reflect the needs of the company. While not exhaustive, the following list of responsibilities gives an overview of the key aspects of the role:
To provide support to Tomsey Group’s clients’ relations and marketing activities by assisting in promoting the Group’s products and services, and helping with acquisition and retention of clients through effective communication and relationship management.
Assist with administrative logistics of managing the Group’s clientele through regular communication with key contacts and responding to all inquiries via email and telephone.
Support preparation of Reports, Presentation and Proposals.
Project the Tomsey brand externally by supporting external relations, e.g. networking, social media, advertisement, sponsorship, etc.
Articulate and manage the company’s social media presence and marketing profile on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. with engaging write ups.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to deliver on creation of marketing initiatives and strategies.
Support up-to-date maintenance of knowledge storehouse of clients, referrals, RFPs, presentations, and prospects (Sales Dashboard).
Supervise database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage customers and the mailing lists.
To handle and document inbound and outbound correspondences.
Ensure guidelines and policies are followed in quotations and business relationship with all our clients.
Presentable and must be a notably pleasant character
Polished communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
Strong analytical, problem- solving and interpersonal skills.
Results driven, dynamic, enterprising, flexible and organised.
Ability to build good rapport and marketing skills to pitch to clients on company’s new and available products and services
Experience in developing and maintaining effective relationship with clients
Possession of people skills: she MUST have the ability to effectively relate with colleagues and move them towards accomplishing certain tasks and goals
She must be willing and able to pay attention to details
Minimum of 3tears experience
First degree or National Diploma, preferably in Arts or Social Science
Proficient IT/Computer skills( MS WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK)
