You will be responsible for analysing the trends, website performance and engagement with a focus on optimisation. You will also be involved with the social media strategy and schedule.
The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in digital marketing with a solid understanding of PPC, SEO, Email and Social Media channels. You will also need strong proofreading, copy and storytelling skills with a creative eye.
As well as looking after your existing client base, you will be pro-active in creating and selling new opportunities to each of your B2B partner by actively seeking new business to help grow your client portfolio.

SpaBase is a cosmetic company specializing in salon/spa professional use only products with own products and brands formulated around skin health and beauty created by industry expert for professioanls in and outside of Nigeria.
Two position available:
1. Fluent French and English speaking candidates ( female preferably)
2. Non French speaking.
Working closely with third party development agency on web projects, improvements, bug fixes and updates
Weekly content and homepage updates to the social media and key marketing locations on the website.
Working with hosting agency on website infrastructure, flagging any issues and communicating with all third parties
Project manage ongoing support work
Briefing graphic designer and development agency/freelancers.
Responsible for all site content, ensuring it is up to date and refreshed constantly.
Identify improvements to the website infrastructure, user journeys, and functionality
Ongoing analysis using google analytics: presenting weekly report to team in trade meetings, reviewing performance of campaigns/launches etc, performing ad-hoc analysis
Manage product catalogue online
Planning, building and sending weekly marketing emails
Managing, optimizing and developing automated email campaigns
Managing Email partner and being the main point of contact for that relationship
Managing on-site SEO strategy, working alongside our SEO agency, to identify opportunities and improvements to increase traffic

The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of marketing and digital marketing principles and must have experience in managing an e-commerce platform that has seen increased growth through optimization. The candidate will be able to demonstrate how data-driven decisions have increased profitable sales.
Previous experience in the management of website content, the build and production of responsive HTML pages/emails, and search engine optimization
Familiarity with Shopify platforms preferable.
You'll have experience of driving cross-channel sales and championing digital marketing best practice, ideally with specific skills in B2B/B2C Digital Marketing
A commercial awareness
A degree or qualification in a relevant field
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relationship building will be second nature to you.
