Job Description

  • Your role will be to efficiently source and create relationships and close deals in real estate.
  • You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales and rental prospects for properties.
  • Advice clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.

Job Requirement:

  • BSc or HND in Estate Management or any other related discipline
  • Minimum of 1-3 years work experience in the real estate industry
  • Demonstrable experience in sales and marketing.
  • Ability to drive and achieve targets
  • Good negotiation and clients management skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Must be smart, outspoken and good dress sense.
