Job Purpose:

Responsible for undertaking targeted recruitment for senior roles, as well as headhunting to fill senior executive positions



  • Source for qualified senior level candidates in line with business requirements using various channels
  • Liaise with Heads of departments in getting manpower requirement brief
  • Conduct both phone & face-2-face interviews for prospective hires.
  • Carry out executive searching via LinkedIn or through candidate poaching
  • Administer personality & reasoning assessments to candidates
  • Assist in assigning candidates on the Career portal to HODs managers for phone interviews.
  • Provide update on recruitment activity to the recruitment administrator when required
  • Works with external recruiters in filling top senior positions
  • Work efficiently with the team to complete assignments
  • Analyze applicants personality assessment scores to identify best fit candidates for various openings
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of recruitment and selection
