- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, and service unit sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
- Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and capable of developing working strategies to achieve a corporate vision.
- Maintenance of the CRM database
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitors’ activities
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
- Work with team to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy. Generate business and raise awareness of company's real estate developments
- Apply Company-wide project management standards in preparing and canvassing for prospective tenants
- We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years working experience, educational qualifications, and proven track record of corporate excellence in real estate sales and marketing.
- Candidate must have a good understanding of joint venture agreement and land use.
- Must be able to develop and lead a marketing team of freelancer and business development executives.
- Candidate must be able to manage people, manpower, and systems; activate both B-2-B and B-2-C prospecting, and leverage on marketing initiatives to grow the business.
