Directly Reports To:

Job Description:

  • Co-ordinate and manage the Virtual Banking interface of the Bank.
  • Develop, customise, enhance& implement the bank’s Virtual Banking interface products
  • Articulate, design/ develop, and implement strategies and product marketing programs that will drive the adoption of the products/ services across remote touch points within the electronic/ retail banking
  • Liaise with eChannels Unit to promote & improve on security around the channels
  • Conduct trainings and staff awareness sessions to improve product knowledge
  • Periodic review of the service offerings/ business plans to confirm conformity to world best practice/ standards on all the product lines.
  • Performance monitoring of all the virtual Banking products on uptime and product functionality.
  • Carry out market intelligence activities to appraise products comparison with competition in line with industry trends
  • Liaise with eBanking Operations/ e-Channels Unit on customer configuration on the system.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage of the bank’s virtual banking channels
  • Ensure 24/7 service uptime and ensure a responsive e-customer service helpdesk on any issues around the virtual banking platform.
  • Liaise with Corp. Comms. Unit in the design & development of brochures and other relevant publicity and product marketing materials for the virtual banking unit.
  • Development of new products, around the virtual banking platform.
  • Execution of periodic marketing intelligence exercises in order to discern the direction of other banks’ product development and pricing strategies.
  • Execution of periodic marketing campaigns and product promotions in strategically critical regions/ renowned and or emerging retail markets with a view to boosting the image of the bank's virtual channel platform.
