If your answers to the questions above are yes, then Xtruct Systems Limited seeks your competency to fill the role of a Finance & Operations Officer with the followings terms:
Assist with account payables and receivables
Assist in carrying out periodic audit exercise
Complete miscellaneous, handles special projects of the finance & operations department.
Compile, analyze and interpret financial information
Handling tax returns, preparation and filling
Retrieve and review credit note/ taxes returns from clients.
Organize files and documentation for reference and audit purpose
Advise on operational cost minimization and value for money from time to time.
Assist with preparing monthly report.
Assist with inventory management
Assist in all procurement (sourcing, payment and delivery)
Assist in general business management, human resource and facility management.
Petty cash administration/ Treasury management
Assist in budgeting and other activity planning and execution
Manage office consumables and supplies
Assist in payroll management and administration
Preparation of periodic bank reconciliation and other reconciliation reports
Post transaction and evidence on daily basis to Sage 50 Accounting software
Perform such other duties as assigned by Unit Head.
Assist in all financial matters relating to the company
Preparation of weekly activity report
Assist in all operation activities
You shall report directly to head of finance & operation
BSC/HND in Accounting/Accountancy, Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-Point and Outlook).
Proficient in any of: Sage50 Accounting, QuickBooks Accounting or Peachtree Accounting Software.
Internet Savvy and comfort working on a computer system.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A self-starter with a strong desire to learn (i.e. having “can-do-attitude)
Strong organizational and time management skills

Integrity and hardworking
At least two years post NYSC work experience in accounting, finance, business administration and other business-related fields.

Preferably, applicant should reside around Lekki, Jakande,/Ajah, Sangotedo, Awoyaya, obalende, Iyanaoworo, Ikoyi, VI, axis
