The successful candidate will function in the capacity of Business Development who shall lead the executive management team of the company and shall report to the Board. He/She will be based in our office in Lekki phase 1.

 

Duties:

  • Take charge of the overall performance and day-to-day running of the company.
  • Drive sales upwards in order for OGEL to take her fair share of the real estate portfolio in Nigeria.
  • Manage the human resource of the company, showing strong and unwavering leadership
  • Meet  the sales target set by the board of the company
  • Develop real estate businesses and steer the company to the path of profitability
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports
  • Shall brief the Board on quarterly basis on the progress of the company

 

Requirement

  • The position requires a bold and highly intelligent strategist with a strong drive to succeed.
  • He must have a friendly disposition and be able to inspire the team to achieve results.
  • In his/her position as Business Development/ Administrative, he/she must have strong work ethics. Strife and pettiness should have no place.
  • He/She must be a strong disciplinarian who would not hesitate to whip erring staff into line.
  • He/She should be able to reward loyalty and commitment.
