Job Summary

We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Executives to expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with existing clients.

Person Specification

A graduate with first degree in Business Administration and related courses. Applicants should have 2-4 years experience in client services and relationship Management. Female candidates are preferred for diversity.


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Follow up on new business leads and prospective clients
  • Draft proposals to suit unique needs of clients.
  • Cross-sell all company’s services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Design logistics products and come up with new distribution initiative.
  • Recommend strategic partnerships.
  • Manage/Build relationship with acquired clients and get referrals.
  • Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
  • Conduct business reviews to ascertain customer satisfaction with services offered.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
  • Attend meetings with clients to garner concerns/challenges with services offered.
  • Carry out weekly service satisfaction surveys and reviews.
