Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing organizational policies and procedures.
  • Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, training, and proper on boarding of new staff and disciplining of staff.
  • Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel and decision making.
  • Creating and managing the HR annual staff performance management/ appraisal.
  • Liaising directly with management and being accountable for the performance of the HR function and the departments within it.
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations.
  • Maintains employee benefits programmes and reward system.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of first Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Relevant professional membership
  • Between 2-4 years of HR experience 
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Time Management and Excellent communication skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Professional expertise – a strong working knowledge.
