- Supervise entire operations and personnel on a day to day basis to ensure quality service delivery
- Responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective catering service
- Ensure that laid down policies and procedures in food safety is adhered to.
- Ensure that hygiene standards comply with company and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit material usage reports, timely and accurately.
- 2-3 years experience as in a similar role managing a business
- Must be resident within Ajah, Lekki environs
- Not more than 36 years old
- BSc/HND in Catering and Hotel Management/ Nutrition/Food Technology or Business Administration, Marketing and related disciplines. Post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
